About 1,000 pupils who are participating in the finals of the 5th “2034 Cup” Primary School Students’ Football Games (U12) in SIP enjoyed a wonderful night at Harmony Times Square on July 23.

As night falls, the square glitters under a canopy of lights. The youngsters watched the highlights of the “2034 Cup” games shown on the huge Sky Screen, and experienced the fusion of traditional culture and modern vitality in the performances of pop songs and traditional opera.

Dong Lu, a well-known Chinese football commentator and initiator of the Chinese Football Boys training program, hosted the event, and a number of young football players gave performances on the stage.
